Apple Orchard

I had the opportunity to chaperone the preschool trip to the apple orchard this morning. The weather was ideal and the kids were fairly well-behaved, so it went well. Liam spent the 3 hours at the church nursery and I was in charge of Connell and his classmate, Nicholas on the bus and at the orchard. The kids picked apples, jumped in hay piles, took a wagon ride and went through a maze. We brought 4 or 5 apples home and I promised Connell that tomorrow we will make some sort of apple crisp or bars with them (something small with only 4-5 apples to work with). I am not fond of peeling apples, so we'll see how it all goes.
